Earlier, István used to teach at bilingual high schools in Budapest and prepared students for IB (International Baccalaureate Diploma Program). He worked for the Göncöl Foundation, one of the oldest and most renowned Hungarian non-governmental organizations in the field of environment and nature protection (1999-2003).
Besides teaching at McDaniel College Budapest, István has also been an examiner at high school advanced level final examinations both in English and Hungarian since 2005.
He has also been teaching at preparatory programs for Hungarian high schools organized by Semmelweis University since 2013.

Besides teaching at the Pre-Medical Track at McDaniel College, Budapest, György has been employed as an associate professor by the Department of Anatomy, Cell and Developmental Biology, Eötvös Loránd University of Science, Budapest, Hungary since 1982. He teaches at BSc level (Comparative Anatomy, Histology and Embryology), and MSc level (Comparative Histology (advanced laboratory practice), Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry, Molecular Cell Biology, Developmental Genetics, Developmental Biology. He supervises graduate and postgraduate students.
In 2001-2002, after receiving the Monbusho Research Fellowship, he worked at Low Temperature Institute, Hokkaido University, Sapporo, Japan. In 2007 and in 2010 he also worked as a visitor researcher at Low Temperature Institute, Hokkaido University, Sapporo, Japan.

He worked as postdoctoral fellow at the University of Copenhagen, Denmark (2009-2010), and at Semmelweis University, Faculty of Medicine, 1st Department of Pathology and Experimental Cancer Research, Budapest, Hungary (2011-2016).

Besides teaching at the Pre-Medical Track at McDaniel College, Budapest, Mónika has been employed as an assistant professor by the Department of Anatomy, Cell and Developmental Biology, Eötvös Loránd University of Science, Budapest, Hungary since 2003. She teaches at BSc level (Comparative Anatomy in Hungarian), and at MSc level (Molecular Cell Biology, Biology in Hungarian and English, Cell Biology in Hungarian). She also supervises graduate and postgraduate students. In addition, she has been a guest lecturer for BSc students of Molecular Bionics at Faculty of Information Technology, Pázmány Péter Catholic University, Budapest, Hungary since 2012.

Earlier, Éva used to teach at bilingual high schools in Budapest (2001-2008). In 2009-2010, she taught Biology at St Mark's West Essex Catholic School in UK. At the same time she volunteered at the Jane Goodall Institute (UK).
She participated in different conferences: Bilingual Education Workshop (UK), Cooperative techniques in Groups (Hungary), International Workshop on Secondary School Education (Germany).

Since October 5, 2020 the education at McDaniel College Budapest has been online. We have successfully conducted our online instruction both in the two-semester and in the one-semester Pre-Medical Track this academic year. Even though we are committed to continue our instruction on campus in person when circumstances permit (hopefully from September, 2021), we will also offer the possibility to complete the whole course online.
